Word to Mi Madre

Yes, my mom is the ABSOLUTE best! I devour her creative, fun, fresh ideas!! My mom always has her eyes open for when we want something. She literally hardly EVER buys herself anything! Yesterday, I said for her to take a trip to Anthroplogie, and that she deserves it. My mom couldn't help it, once she looks through that Anthropologie window, heaven surrounds her! She came home with an adorable brown shirt with cute pink flowers on it. Tomorrow, my dad is in charge of dinner. I feel nervous. My dad pretty much can only make cheesy eggs and a peanut butter sandwhich. Should I help him?? I think my dad would rather give my mom a Dr. Pepper and say "Happy Mothers Day!!" Happy day mom!!!! Okay, I was wrong. I wake up still exhausted at 7:00 A.M. "How long have you been up, dad???" I say. "About 5:00." He says with a swagger to the silverware. My dad put out three cups, a chilled cup for her Dr.Pepper, a cup for fresh water from Italy, out from a glass bottle, and one for Tropicana orange juice. My dad took me to Fresh and Easy yesterday. "Can I get mom some carrot cake, she loves carrot cake." I say pleadingly "DONE!"Dad says. He did such a good job!! Love you dad!!
