This book is called Hugo Cabret. It is pretty much the best book I have read! It is about a boy named Hugo. Hugo is a very good builder, his mind is full of pieces and tools. Hugo's dad found a robot one day. Hugo's dad found out it was not just an ordinary robot, but a cool, complicated robot who writes a secret message. The poor robot was severely broken and needed to be fixed. One day Hugo's dad was working late at night for the robot. The night guard accidentely locked the door on Hugo's dad. His father did something wrong and it started a fire. Hugo's dad wasn't able to escape. The whole book is full of emotions and interesting settings and plots. What is also very cool is that 95% of the book is pictures! I know for sure you will love Hugo Cabret.
